My name is Ellen Vance and I am employed
by Possibilities, LLC, a company dedicated exclusively to quality
service coordination for children in the West Virginia Birth to
Three system.
I have a Master of Arts Degree
in Sociology from Marshall University, with additional post-graduate
work in clinical psychology. I also have experience working with
children in pre-school special education and Head Start, as well
as children with behavioral disorders.
I am also a mother and I believe
parents are the best decision makers for their children. As your
child's service coordinator, I will be dedicated to helping you
obtain services for your child to help them reach their full potential.
