Melinda (Mel) Henline

I graduated from Glenville State College
with a Bachelor's Degree in Education in the fall of 1991. After
moving back to Charleston I began working in the social services
field and have had a variety of experiences. When my son was born
in 1995, I took a few years off to stay at home with him till
he started Kindergarten. I then began working in the Birth to
Three program in July of 2001.
As the founder and director of Possibilities, LLC my goal is to
provide the best possible Service Coordination for our clients.
I have worked in the Birth to Three system as both a Developmental
Specialist and as a Service Coordinator and have witnessed the
positive ways it can help change families' lives.
I believe that we have composed the best staff possible to meet
your needs. I feel privileged to know and work with each and every
one of them. We support each other and offer special training
and supervision on a regular basis. Unlike larger agencies, we
focus only on Service Coordination and we strive to get it right!
